1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering with, or placing any wager on the bad1111 platform (accessible at https://bad1111.club and all associated subdomains and mobile interfaces), you ("the Player", "you", "your") confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any additional rules or policies published on this site from time to time.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and bad1111 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"). If you do not accept any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the bad1111 platform and close your account by contacting our support team.

bad1111 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments become effective upon publication on this page. We will endeavour to provide reasonable notice of material changes via your registered email address or a prominent notice on the platform. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for updates. Continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Eligibility and Age Restriction

To register and maintain an account with bad1111, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. bad1111 operates a strict 18+ policy with no exceptions.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity).
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited for you personally.
• You must not be on any self-exclusion list maintained by bad1111 or any third-party responsible gaming programme recognised by the Company.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, agent, or close family member of any employee or contractor of bad1111 or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment partners.

bad1111 reserves the right to request identity verification documents from any player at any time. Acceptable documents include a national identity card (NID), passport, or driving licence issued by the Government of Bangladesh. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

3 Account Registration

Each player may hold only one (1) registered account with bad1111. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details, devices, IP addresses, payment methods, or household members — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

Accurate Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering your bad1111 account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You must update your account details promptly if any information changes. bad1111 accepts no responsibility for communication failures or transaction delays caused by inaccurate account information.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party or allow any other person to access or use your account. All activity conducted through your account will be attributed to you regardless of who actually performed it. One Account Per Player

Duplicate accounts detected by bad1111's systems will be subject to immediate closure. All balances, bonuses, pending withdrawals, and winnings associated with duplicate accounts may be confiscated. bad1111 uses a combination of device fingerprinting, IP analysis, and payment method matching to identify duplicate registrations.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on bad1111 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). bad1111 supports deposits and withdrawals via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank.

Deposits

Deposits are credited to your bad1111 account in real time or within a few minutes of successful payment confirmation from your chosen payment provider. Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable processing windows are displayed in the cashier section of your account. bad1111 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

You may only deposit funds from payment methods that are registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including accounts belonging to family members, friends, or business associates — are not permitted and may result in account suspension and return of funds.

Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible, as part of our anti-money laundering (AML) procedures. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. bad1111 targets withdrawal processing times of 5–15 minutes for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) and up to 3 business days for bank transfers.

bad1111 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending satisfactory completion of identity or source-of-funds verification. Withdrawal requests submitted during high-volume periods or outside Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours may take longer to process.

Minimum and Maximum Limits

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction. Limits may vary by payment method and account verification level. bad1111 reserves the right to adjust limits at any time with reasonable notice.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

bad1111 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Ramadan, Pohela Boishakh (Bengali New Year), and major cricket tournaments including BPL and T20 World Cup.

Wagering Requirements

All bonuses issued by bad1111 are subject to wagering requirements, which specify how many times a bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, where stated) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be made. The specific wagering requirement, eligible games, minimum odds (for sports betting bonuses), time limits, and any game contribution percentages are published on the individual promotion page at the time the bonus is offered.

Bonus Abuse

bad1111 reserves the right to void bonuses, winnings derived from bonuses, and any associated withdrawals if it determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: claiming the same promotion multiple times using different accounts; placing bets designed to artificially satisfy wagering requirements without genuine play intent (e.g., placing equal and opposite bets on outcomes); using software, bots, or automated tools to clear bonuses; and exploiting errors or miscalculations in bonus terms.

Promotional Changes

bad1111 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already validly claimed and in progress, except where misuse or abuse is detected. All promotional decisions made by bad1111 are final.

• Bonuses may only be used by the account holder to whom they were issued — bonuses are non-transferable.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• bad1111 reserves the right to restrict players from specific countries or regions from claiming certain promotions where required by applicable law or risk management policy.
• Players who have opted out of marketing communications may not receive notification of new promotions but remain entitled to claim publicly listed offers.

6 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bad1111 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, confiscation of balances and winnings, and may result in referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, data scrapers, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform in any unauthorised manner.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports manipulation in connection with bets placed on bad1111.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in any game or platform feature to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings resulting from exploited errors will be voided.
• Attempting to circumvent bad1111's AML, KYC, or responsible gaming controls.
• Depositing funds that are derived from illegal or criminal activity.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing bad1111 staff, agents, or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to bad1111's systems, databases, or player data.

7 Account Suspension and Closure

bad1111 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Detection of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or prohibited conduct as described in Section 6.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• A court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement request requiring account closure.
• Extended inactivity — accounts with no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant and subject to a monthly inactivity fee of ৳200, deducted from the account balance until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated.

Voluntary Account Closure

You may close your bad1111 account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Before closing your account, any pending bonus wagering requirements will be voided and bonus funds removed. Any real-money balance remaining after bonus removal will be withdrawn to your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to exclude themselves from the bad1111 platform for responsible gaming reasons may request self-exclusion via the account dashboard or by emailing [email protected]. Self-exclusion periods of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanent exclusion are available. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be locked and you will not be able to deposit, place bets, or receive promotional communications. bad1111 honours all self-exclusion requests immediately. 8 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bad1111 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, affiliates, and game providers shall not be liable to you for any of the following:

• Any loss of profit, revenue, data, or business opportunity arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or discontinuation of the platform or any game or service provided therein.
• Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in odds, prices, scores, statistics, or other data displayed on the platform.
• Any delay in processing deposits, withdrawals, or bonus credits caused by third-party payment providers.
• Any loss arising from a player's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.

bad1111's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their bad1111 account in the 30 days immediately preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

Game Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or error during any game session, bad1111 reserves the right to void the affected round(s) and return the wager amount to the player's account. Game malfunction voids all pays and plays. bad1111 accepts no liability for winnings that cannot be paid due to a technical failure beyond our reasonable control.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the general principles of commercial law as recognised internationally. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be referred to bad1111's customer support team for informal resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any formal legal proceedings.

Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy published on this site, constitute the entire agreement between you and bad1111 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings, whether written or oral. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
